1-3. June Drangedal will pay host to five artists/-groups in our exhibition UKRUTT as a part of the project Toke Brygge. We are curators and coordinators for the temporary outdoor exhibition showing works from Carol Hummel, (USA), Luke Ramsey, (Canada), Sisyfos Minigolfclub (NO), Bjørn Kowalski Hansen, (NO) and Ånond Versto, (NO). This is part one and the next will be summer 2013. Carol have just held a workshop for us in Drangedal via Skype from Ohio, and there was much enthusiasm from the participants so we are hopeful to be able to crochet a big tree and 22 light poles in the centre. This is the article about the workshop in the local paper Drangedalsposten and we are so much looking forward to seeing the art piece slowly come together. Vernissage at Drangedalsdagene!
Grand opening at the 18. october! This incredible cool, 5 story, 17 meter high tower is built to spot the legendary sea serpent, living beneath the surface in the beautiful Seljord lake. We wont say more than that we also play a certain role in the project and are very happy to be working with Seljord og sogene. Invitation to the seminar here.
We are thrilled to announce that we will participate in the fantastic Pictoplasma festival this year! Tomorrow 10th of march at 18:00 we will hold our artist talk at Telemark Art Center. We have dusted off and scanned the old slides (and even some paper copies) and will show work from the mid 90’s and up to the present. Welcome!

Papp has been selected as one of the few projects to go on tour on the highschools of Telemark as a part of Kulturskatten, a govermentfunded cultural education program for school children. Some 6500 students will meet Papp and see our lecture on designer toys through the next autumn, winter and spring semesters!
We’re therefore filling up this monster bulletproof(ish) Pelicase with three Papp 1.0 robots, a bundle of beautiful Papp skins, a Macbbok with a funky Keynote presentation and loads of batteries!
